How a 4x4 rides, articulates and drives is decided by the suspension and axles, and by whether they were engineered together or bolted on one part at a time. We do the former.
Coil conversions
Converting a leaf-sprung 4x4 to coils buys articulation and ride quality that leaves cannot match off road. But only if the geometry, the mounts and the links are engineered, not bolted on from a generic kit. Done right, it transforms the vehicle. Done wrong, it drives worse than stock.
- Leaf-to-coil conversions, engineered not kitted
- Axle rebuilds, front and rear
- ARB and other locking differentials
- Gearing and axle ratios matched to tyre size
- Geometry, castor and driveline angles sorted
Axles, lockers and gearing
Fit bigger tyres and you change everything: gearing, load on the axles, driveline angles, braking. We rebuild axles and set gearing and lockers as one package, so the vehicle drives properly on the road and works when the road runs out.
Matched to how you actually use it
A daily-driven overlander and a hardcore off-road build need different suspension, even on the same vehicle. We set it up for how you will actually use it, not for how it looks parked or how it photographs on a hill.
