A restomod is not a stock restoration and it is not a modern replica. It is a classic re-engineered to drive, stop and behave like something built this decade, while still looking and feeling like the vehicle you fell for in the first place.
What we change, and what we keep
The whole point is to keep the soul and fix the misery. We modernise the parts that make a classic hard to own and leave alone the parts that make it worth owning.
- Engine and drivetrain, from rebuilds to full conversions
- Suspension and brakes that match how it will actually be driven
- Cooling and air-conditioning that work in this climate
- Wiring rebuilt so the electrics stop being a running joke
- Interior comfort where you want it, restraint where you do not
How far you take it is your call
A restomod can be a light touch or a complete reimagining. Some owners want a period-correct look hiding modern mechanicals. Others want the whole thing rethought. We build to the brief, and we are honest about what each level of ambition actually costs.
It still has to be usable
A restomod that looks incredible and drives badly is a failure, however good the photos are. Ours are built to be driven and lived with, not parked and admired. That is the difference between a restomod and a display piece.
